Zeiss ZX1 Price Announced, $6,000
Is the Zeiss ZX1 Coming Soon?
The Zeiss ZX1, was first announced in 2018 at Photokina, and is now available for pre-order two years later…With a retail MSRP of $6,000, the ZX1 seems to be overpriced for its featureset and target audience.
The fixed-lens, 37.4MP full-frame camera has a built-in Zeiss Distagon 35mm f/2 lens, suitable for portraits and street photography.
Unique to the ZX1 is the pre-installed Adobe Lightroom CC software, which allows images to be edited in-camera on its 4.34″ LCD touchscreen.
Zeiss ZX1 FINALLY arrives – and it’s $6,000 (that’s more expensive than the Leica Q2!!) https://t.co/DfIdNvqn2A pic.twitter.com/QKqriQq0CL
